Unit’s overall condition is fair/good and functional. New air filter (see pictures), relatively new batteries and tires. Window taped because panel removed, not broken. Unit has current safety inspection and passed pump test last April. It was recently removed from service because of a predetermined replacement cycle. Unit had routine PM throughout its life and maintenance records for last year available.
