FIRE APPARATUS ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

PARTIES TO AGREEMENT

Entered into by USAFireTrucks.com (USAFT.com), operated by Tri-State Fire Media, LLP and the Fire Department/Owner/Seller (Seller) for the purpose of advertising fire apparatus or fire equipment for sale.

PERIOD OF AGREEMENT

Agreement is in effect once advertising page(s) appear on the web site USAFireTrucks.com until removed at the direction of the Seller. Seller is requested to notify USAFT.com when unit has sold or Seller desires to remove unit from the site.

COMPENSATION

Seller agrees to pay USAFT.com $799 prior to advertisement listing.

If Seller is receiving bids, Seller agrees to pay UASFT.com $799 prior to advertisement listing.

If the Seller does not wish to publish an asking price, but instead will use the phrase “Contact Us for Pricing”, Seller agrees to pay UASFT.com $799 prior to advertisement listing.

PAYMENT

All advertising fees are due prior to units for sale appearing on web site. Fees for advertising are agreed upon by both parties prior to units for sale appearing on web site.

SELLER DUTIES

Seller agrees to provide USAFT.com with detailed information in regards to the specific apparatus for sale, including, but not limited to: year of manufacture, chassis manufacturer, body manufacturer, material of construction, engine and transmission specifications, mileage, pump size, tank size, aerial size and construction, special features, loose equipment included, any equipment or parts exclusions, date of availability, assessment of condition of vehicle and other pertinent data that describes the apparatus.

Seller agrees to provide USAFT.com with a minimum of one digital photograph of the unit for sale (minimum size of 600 by 400 pixels). USAFT.com prefers to receive multiple images of apparatus for sale. We suggest photographs of all sides of a unit. There is no charge for submitting multiple photographs, however multiple photographs will appear at the sole discretion of USAFT.com.

Seller agrees to notify USAFT.com when unit is sold. USAFT.com will post the unit as “SOLD”.

Seller agrees to review and proof ad within the first seventy-two hours of the listing appearing on the site. USAFT.com will correct any errors or omissions that appear within the listing at no charge.

GUARANTEES

USAFT.com does not imply nor guarantee the verbiage in respect to vehicle listings is true or correct. All data is provided by the Seller and is subject to the verification of potential buyer.

USAFT.com does not guarantee nor imply any guarantee that any unit advertised will sell while actively advertised on the site.

APPEARANCE ON SITE

USAFT.com will generally place our most recent units in more prominent locations. USAFT.com does not guarantee appearance of unit on homepage at all times. All units for sale will receive their own stand-alone page with specifications and photographs.

CONVEYANCE OF RIGHTS

Seller agrees to allow USAFT.com to use imagery related to units for sale on site for additional marketing purposes at no cost or obligation to USAFT.com.

LISTING OF PRICING INFORMATION

Seller will agree to one of the following methods of pricing and advertising the unit for sale:

  • Asking price published.
  • Sealed bid (including date of bid closing)
  • “Contact Seller for Pricing”
  • On-line auction, with optional minimum price (with end-date specified)

PROPERTY RIGHTS

Sellers represents implicitly that they are the legal and rightful owner of apparatus or equipment submitted for advertising. USAFT.com is not responsible for ownership verification.

CONTACT INFORMATION REQUIRED

Seller agrees to supply the following information to be displayed in the advertisement: Name of Seller department/agency, contact person(s) name, contact phone numbers and email address, web site address (if applicable), and city and state location of the apparatus or equipment.

REFUNDS

If this agreement is terminated by the Seller during the advertisement period, no refunds will be given.

ACCEPTANCE

Online advertisement submission form requires Seller to agree that they have read and agree to the terms set forth in this document.
